  • For chickpea salad- boiled chickpea- 1 cup


  • Boiled potato- 1cup peel and chopped


  • Hung curd-1/2 cup


  • Salt- 1/2teaspoon


  • Oregano- 1/2teaspoon


  • Black pepper- 1/2teaspoon


  • For tomato salsa- fine chopped tomatoes- 2


  • Fine chopped onion- 1


  • Coriander leaves- 1tablespoons


  • White vinegar- 1teaspoon


  • Ginger paste- 1teaspoon


  • Oregano- 1/4teaspoon


  • Salt- 1/4teaspoon


  • For peas salad- boiled peas-1 cup


  • Olive oil- 2teaspoon


  • Oregano- 1/4 teaspoon


  • Apple sider vinegar- 2teaspoon


  • Salt-1/2 teaspoon


  • Black pepper- 1/2 teaspoon


  • Cabbage- 2 cup for garnishing

Directions

  • Take a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients of chickpea and potato salad and mix them very well.
  • Take another mixing bowl and add all the ingredients of tomato salsa and mix them very well.
  • Take another mixing bowl and add all the ingredients of peas salad and mix them very well.
  • Now take a serving plate and arrange all three salad in tricolour order.
  • Decorate with chopped cabbage.
